Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 August 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of YTCMS Creator Center. By creating an account or connecting a channel you accept them. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Independence from YouTube and Google

YTCMS Creator Center is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google LLC or YouTube. We do not hold YouTube CMS, Content ID, MCN or partner-only privileges on your behalf unless you have separately obtained that authorization yourself.

3. Accounts and authorized access

  • You must keep your credentials secure and are responsible for activity in your workspace.
  • You may only connect Google and YouTube accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to administer.
  • Your use of connected services also remains subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google API Services User Data Policy.

4. Acceptable use

  • No attempt to evade copyright enforcement, Content ID, strikes or platform policies.
  • No uploading of unlawful, infringing or misleading content through the platform.
  • No scraping, reverse engineering, or exceeding platform or API rate limits.
  • No sharing of another party's data without their authorization.

5. Rights, disputes and recovery workflows

Our rights, appeal and recovery tools help you organize evidence, deadlines and authorized submissions. They do not guarantee reinstatement, monetization, claim release or any particular outcome, and decisions remain solely with YouTube, Google or the claiming party.

6. Plans, billing and usage limits

Paid plans renew for the selected period until cancelled. Feature availability and usage limits depend on your plan and are enforced by the platform. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

7. AI features

AI-assisted output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing generated scripts, metadata, voice and visuals before publishing, and for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to any content you distribute.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the service for you.

9. Availability and third-party APIs

The service depends on third-party APIs, including Google and YouTube, which may change, throttle or revoke access. We provide the service "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or specific results.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost revenue, lost views or channel actions taken by YouTube. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, create legal or security risk, or fail to pay. On termination we delete workspace data per our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Questions: support@ytcms.app.
