Cookie Policy
Last updated: 18 August 2026
1. Scope
This policy explains the cookies and browser storage that YTCMS Creator Center uses on our marketing pages and inside the authenticated product. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle the data itself.
2. Strictly necessary storage
These are required for the product to work and cannot be switched off in-app.
- Authentication session: your signed session token is stored by our authentication provider in browser storage so you stay signed in between page loads. Removing it signs you out.
- Security tokens: short-lived OAuth state and nonce values used when you connect a Google / YouTube account, to protect against cross-site request forgery.
- Workspace context: the active workspace and channel you last selected, so the app opens where you left off.
3. Preference storage
- Interface preferences such as sidebar state, table filters and saved date ranges.
- Dismissal state for onboarding checklists, banners and setup prompts.
Clearing site data in your browser resets these values; nothing in your workspace content is affected.
4. Analytics and performance
We record product usage and reliability events server-side against your workspace — for example sync runs, probe results and audit entries. Where a first-party analytics cookie is used on public pages, it is limited to aggregate page performance and never used for advertising profiles. We do not sell personal data and we do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Third-party services
- Google: when you authorize a channel, Google may set its own cookies on its sign-in domains under Google's policies.
- Payments: our payment provider sets cookies on its checkout surfaces to complete and secure transactions.
Those cookies are governed by the relevant provider's own cookie policy.
6. Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly necessary storage will prevent sign-in and channel authorization from working. For any question about this policy, contact support@ytcms.app.
